Lookback is an older tool in the UX Researcher's toolkit, but it's lasted the test of time by being reliable and having features like a "digital gallery" that allows the stakeholders to watch interviews in real time without directly interacting with the interviewee and/or skewing results. I've had excellent success over the years leveraging them for interviews and sharing results with stakeholders.
