    Leaders in Cybersecurity

    The Mitre Team was trying to find new and innovative ways to bring their ATT&CK program to the masses. We leveraged gamification and solid design to help them make a clear program that could be followed, with goals, checkpoints, and validation testing that users actually wanted to participate in. The end result was a decrease in effort by the user with an increase in engagement for Mitre.

    Straigthening Out The Curves

    The initial design required far too many clicks just to get signed up and into the system (over 20!). Once in, there was no clear direction on where to engage, what to do next or what the "right" way was to complete the course.

    Research Driven Gamification

    We engaged users and industry experts in research interviews and asked them what they liked about other services and what they wanted to see here. Combined with a bit of gamification and some strong design principles we were off and running!

    Gamification To Certification

    We were able create an engaging experience that felt more like playing a game and proceeding along a quest than actually earning a certification, while maintaining the seriousness and professionalism of the experience.
